Cultural reads #3

Cultural reads_ProjectAbroad.Eu

As we’re heading towards the end of the week I’ve got another portion of some interesting reads!

How to prevent Expat Stress – In the Expat Life category I’ve got a text from Carole, a wonderful and positive creator of Expat Child blog. I encourage you to also read her other articles – she doesn’t exclusively mention children-related aspects of her life abroad, so it’s relevant for non-parent expats too!

Reading time: ~3 min

In Psychology, there is a read about disturbing experiences when you go back home for holidays. Interesting in the context of mini repatriation experience, especially if you’re coming back home after a long break. You start notice things that were once ‘normal’ and what’s more, they might even bother you now!

Reading time: ~5 min

And last but not least two reads within the Business category of the blog. Teamwork is a very important skill in today’s job market, but there are many things that the companies seem not to be doing to increase their team’s effectiveness. That is an even bigger challenge in remote and international teams.

Reading time: ~15 min

Hope you enjoyed these reads! Let me know if there’s something interesting you’ve encountered recently – I’d love to discover new resources 🙂
